Jami Pannell Managing Director

Faced with helping her own aging family with their elder legal needs, Jami realized that there was a need for a legal counsel who truly helps clients feel relieved and non-threatened when navigating the estate planning process. To help fill that need, she co-founded Three Rivers Law Center in Longview, WA.

Jami is committed to making estate planning as easy and fulfilling as possible. Jami’s practice is focused on estate planning, and she especially enjoys working with young families, the elderly, unmarried couples, and individuals who hope to protect their family wealth from creditors and predators. Her overall practice areas include estate planning; asset protection planning; elder law and long-term care planning; business advising; and business formation.

Jami brings a strong business background to the firm, and a passion for entrepreneurship. She has created, or has helped create as a team, several successful businesses. In addition, she has a background in sales, marketing, and community leadership. It is for these reasons she enjoys assisting small business owners with issues that commonly arise — formation, employment issues, contracts, leases, and succession planning. Jami particularly enjoys working with women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, nonprofits, and family businesses.

While in law school, Jami earned numerous awards and honors, including the “World Savior Award” (most likely to “do good” with a law degree), membership in the Moot Court Honors Board, the Mock Trial Board, and the Marjorie Day Trial Advocacy Scholarship. She also holds a B.L.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC). While at UMKC, Jami was awarded the “Most Outstanding Returning Student” award, the President’s Scholarship, and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Lambda honor fraternity. She also lobbied the Missouri Legislature on behalf of the students of the UM system.
